Gray Hair. It will arrive for most of us at some point in our lives. When it does arrive, you have a decision to make — do you want to color your hair to hide the grays or are you going to embrace your grays?

If you do decide to color your hair to cover up the grays, a common practice is to go blonde. Many find blonde hair blends with grays better and as your roots grow, the line of demarcation between your roots and last hair coloring will be less noticeable.

Is going blonde for you? In the video above I address the one question I recommend you ask yourself when choosing a hair color to hide the grays. This question is: Do you want a hair color that gives off your best or do you want a hair color that blends with your grays? Your optimal hair color choice may vary depending on how you respond to this question.

I hope this blog and video post inspire you to wear your authenticity!
